Final Payment	All final payments must be made 3 days prior to your function by certified check, cash or credit card.
Balances	Please note that Spinelli’s accounting department reviews all statements after the completion of a function. If, due to human error, your statement is incorrect, you will be notified immediately.
Administration Fee & Taxes	All food and beverage will be subject to a 18% administration fee, and a 5% Massachusetts State Tax.
Menu Policy	Your final menu selection must be given to Spinelli’s sales office 2 weeks prior to your function. Spinelli’s does not allow any patron or guest to bring or depart with food items.
Liquor Regulations	Spinelli’s license is granted by the Massachusetts state liquor commission. Spinelli’s complies with all state regulations and laws. No patron or guest will be allowed to bring or depart with alcoholic beverages.
Cancellation Policy	In the event that you find it necessary to cancel this contract, you, being the customer agree to provide Spinelli’s with a written notice of such cancellation. (All deposit are non-refundable and non-transferable for all cancellations.)
Security	Spinelli’s shall not assume responsibility for the loss of any articles left at the facility.
Displays and Decorations	Spinelli’s will not permit anything affixed to the walls, floors, or light fixtures with nails, tape, etc., nor will any confetti, glitter, or similar materials be permitted on the tables.
Entertainment	In the event you schedule your own entertainment, it will be your responsibility as the customer to supply food and beverage to your entertainers. Arrangements should be made in advance of the function with Spinelli’s office staff. Entertainers are responsible for handling their own equipment, and must use the entrance provided for deliveries.
Audio/Visual	Audio/visual equipment is available through our sales office. Audio/visual equipment is rented through an outside vendor, and Spinelli’s will require advance notice for quotation of prices and guarantee of delivery.
Children’s Policy	Children attending a function at Spinelli’s involving a sit down meal will be entitled to a discount, and will be served a children’s selection in place of the main entree. Children attending a function that involves a buffet menu, will be charged full price.
